We're holding first-round auditions from Monday 1/27 to Friday 1/31.
We're looking for lower voices (altos, tenors, baritones, and basses) as well as vocal percussionists. All genders are welcome.
Don't be reluctant if you haven't had a lot of experience with singing. We've seen many of our members grow greatly as singers during their time in the group.
Location: Cesar Chavez Student Center Basement. Enter on the north-north-west side of the building next to Strawberry Creek.
Dates: Monday 1/27 - Friday 1/31
Times: After 3 pm
Walk-Ins: On Friday 1/31, you can show up without signing up beforehand.
Come prepared with a short solo (around 1 minute long) that fits your vocal personality. It can be any style of music.
Your audition will consist of vocal warmups, sight reading, and your solo, and it will last around 20 minutes.
Soon afterwards, we will let you know if you are selected to move on to round 2, callbacks, which will take place on Saturday 2/1 from 11 am - 4 pm.
